Second Church of Christ, Scientist Phoenix holds in person services at our location at 1717 W. Northern, Suite 100. We also offer remote access to Sunday services and Wednesday testimony meetings via Zoom (see below).

Who are Christian Scientists?
Christian Scientists are every day people from all walks of life: businessmen and women, artists, musicians, teachers, computer techs, electricians, and more. We are all followers of the teachings in the Bible and especially those of Christ Jesus. Mary Baker Eddy worked hard to learn and practice the words and works of Jesus and to record what she learned as she studied his life and the lives of the prophets and apostles. We utilize this record, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, along with the Bible, to help us become better followers of Jesus' Christly example -- to heal sin, sickness, and the challenges of living in the 21st Century.

Why join our Christian Science branch church?
For Christian Scientists, joining a branch church is not a requirement. Instead, it is an act of gratitude and a way to actively support and participate in the wider church community. Benefits include:
- Spiritual growth. Our branch church offers a place for you to progress in your spiritual understanding of God.
- Shared purpose. Members can contribute to sharing the healing message of Christian Science to all mankind.
- Community participation. Members have a part in providing the healing and comfort of Christian Science to those in need.
If you regularly attend this church and are a sincere student of the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy, we accept membership applications at any time. You can obtain an application from our Clerk in person or by contacting the clerk by email at clerk@christiansciencephoenix.com.

Membership in The Mother Church
Christian Scientists may also join The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist in Boston, Massachusetts. It is a separate process. One can become a member of both our branch church and The Mother Church in Boston, but you don’t have to be a member of The Mother Church to join our branch church, and you don’t have to be a branch church member to join The Mother Church.
