What is Sunday school like?

Sunday school classes are held at the same time as the Sunday church service for students from age 3 through 20 years. All newcomers are welcome!  

Our Sunday School curriculum is based on the Bible and the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. This book is used to help students understand the Bible and apply its teachings in meeting life’s challenges.  Students learn how to pray, turn to God for help and how to heal.  

The basis of all study in the Sunday School are the Ten Commandments, The Sermon on the Mount including the Beatitutudes, and the Lord's Prayer. In all classes, it is important that attendees feel free to ask any questions they may have.  The atmosphere of each class is friendly and respectful so that students can express their ideas freely.  Utilizing the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, the teacher and class discover practical, constructIve solutions to questions presented, and learn how to apply these healing truths in daily living.
